Finish Line — online shoes canceled/no refund given I ordered some shoes online for ship to store pick up. The next day I received an email explaining the nike shoes i ordered were not in stock and the order had to be cancelled. Finish Line is committed to excellence in Customer Service, and everything we do is to focus on providing our customers with quality service. 1 review Does not respond to phone calls or email. I have tried to contact 8 times by phone and 4 times by email and no respones, that was over a 4 month period. In order to show an expanded inventory online, Finish Line may ship some of the items listed online from one of our nationwide retail stores. Because of this, items in your order may be shipped from separate locations. On certain items, Finish Line reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion.
